Working Man

Jan was sick of it.  It had been almost half a year and her lazy sack of a husband hasn’t even gone to a job interview.  When she had first met Craig they both had seemed perfect fits for each other.  They had the same interests, they were both attracted to each other and most importantly to Jan, they were both job-oriented.  Well, that was until he was laid off from his office job.  Now he’s more interested in his K/D in Call of Duty than getting another job.
Jan kept her hopes up as she continued her job as a nurse, she wasn’t super worried because she could support the two by herself.  Apparently so was Craig as each job didn’t quite ‘fit’.  The hours were either too long or the job was something he didn’t see himself doing until he retires.  He would always say something better will come along when lot’s of good paying jobs have passed him right by.
Jan had found herself venting her frustrations to the cashier at an antique shop one day.  Why couldn’t he just motivate himself?  How long was this going to last?  The lady behind the counter seemed to be on her side.  Well, that was until 20 mins later when she was still talking.
“What if I could give your husband your motivation?  Would that make you happy?” the woman asked a little annoyed.
“Well, of course, I’d love that but life doesn’t just work like that” Jan replied.
“Do you wish it did?”
Jan paused for a moment at the strange turn the conversation had taken.  “Sure, I’d love that.  Give me that and those fancy coasters and we have a deal”.
The woman smiled as she rung Jan’s purchase up.  Jan left feeling a little better after venting all her frustrations to that woman.  Arriving home and leaving the coasters on the coffee table Jan looked at the receipt she was given.  Apparently, she had boughten a wish too which made her chuckle.

“Jan!” Craig yelled as he walked through the front door of his house.  He was distraught with the look of their living room.  He didn’t feel confident that the rest of the house looked any different.  “I’m home!”
He put his briefcase down and hung up his suit jacket. He sighed as he walked through the house, numbering off the chores she forgot to do again.  She obviously didn’t do the laundry since it’s all over the floor.  That means she didn’t vacuum either.  Craig heard the TV and followed the sound to his bedroom to find Jan lying half naked on their bed.
“You’ve got to be kidding me.  I bet you didn’t even try to look for a job!” Craig shouted.
“It’s nice to see you too” Jan muttered.  “Sorry, it’s just there was a Gossip Girl marathon on and I needed to catch up.  Also, I did look for a little bit, there was just nothing that suited me”.
Craig scrunched his nose as the smell of skunk filled his nose.  He noticed a couple fresh joint stubs in the ashtray beside the bed.
“Babe I’ve been sooo horny since this morning, I’ve been dying for a kiss on the lips” her right hand motioned down to her pussy.  “I even showered and shaved and shit”.
Craig shook his head and sighed.  He started walking towards the bed.  “If you think I believe the showered part then you’re crazy”.  He walked over to her sock drawer and grabbed out a dildo she had hidden away.
“Catch,” he said tossing the toy over to her.  He quickly turned around and walked out of the room.  Jan was definitely going to be sleeping on the couch tonight.
